Sorry for the silence.
Team Manager was released and is actively maintained. The changelog is here:

We've just shipped a new installer with an improved self-updater built in ahead of a major update. Your wheelbase works without any of this and
it'll keep working with sims as they come out. Team Manager is there if you want more than what you already have.
I'll have a proper announcement post up shortly with details on what's new and what's coming.

But it could just as easily have been an older firmware built with only a changed version number.
We've heard so little from the company that I have to see it before I believe it.
