Did the Team Manager app ever get released and is the firmware development dead on this now?

Team Manager was released and is actively maintained. The changelog is here:

it'll keep working with sims as they come out. Team Manager is there if you want more than what you already have.I'll have a proper announcement post up shortly with details on what's new and what's coming.
