Hi, I just did a clean windows install and reinstalled all my games etc. I have reinstalled the base drivers and firmware for my SW20 V3 and now I'm getting this error after initializing.![alt text](inbound5130118971665270992.jpg image url)

      It just says 'error'.

I have tried moving the usb to a different port and reinstalling the firmware. Any help please?

@emesguitars Sorry to say but it has been a long, long time since there was any reply from sim-plicity on these forums. Or anywhere.

Have you inserted the E-Stop in the correct RJ45 port (the one on the right when looking from behind) and is the E-Stop active? You probably double checked that but just in case.

I would suggest directly contacting them on support@sim-pli.city That would be your best bet. Let us kow if they respond.

        Regards,

        Arjan

@loermansa thank you Arjan, and sorry for the late reply.
I did actually get it going, but now I had to restore the pc to an earlier point and I forgot how I got it running again lol.uat be the order that I installed everything. Have to work that out again.
          Cheers for the reply
