      Hello,
New Win11 PC. Old SW20 V3. Downloaded and installed the driver and the steering wheel software application. I must have forgotten some magical part of the process but I can’t get it connected. I’ve done the unplugging usb thing. My PC can see the wheel, even the profile loader can see the wheel, I just don’t get the green connected light and all the settings are greyed out.
      What have I missed?

Can you post screenshots of your "Device Manager", "Devices & Printers" & the SW20 V3 desktop app as a starting point?
Also do you have endstops when the wheel is turned to its rotation limits?

I am an old fool. I was taking screen shots and noticed that the software I was using was at the top of the list and for the SW10. I have downloaded and installed the SW20 software and bingo. Connected…sorry.
